2. Acceptance and eligibility

By using the website or purchasing a product or service, you agree to these Terms. You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a contract. If you do not agree, do not use the website or complete a purchase.

Digital products are normally supplied through an on-screen download, email link, customer portal or another method stated at checkout. If access does not arrive within a reasonable time, contact us. We may verify the transaction before resending access.

6. Personal-use licence

Unless a product page expressly grants broader rights, a purchase gives you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable licence to use one copy for personal or internal business use.

You must not share access, distribute, upload, resell, sublicense, rent, commercially exploit, remove ownership notices from, or create a competing product substantially derived from our content without written permission. A purchase does not transfer copyright or other intellectual-property rights.

8. Services and project work

Any consulting, development, marketing or creative service may be governed by a separate proposal, scope of work or agreement. If a separate signed agreement conflicts with these website Terms, that agreement controls for the relevant project.

We may update, suspend or modify parts of the website for security, maintenance, legal or operational reasons. We do not promise uninterrupted availability. Existing customer rights to a purchased product or appropriate remedy remain subject to applicable law.

13. Liability and indemnity

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from use of the website, products or services. Nothing excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

To the extent permitted by law, you are responsible for claims resulting from unlawful website use, infringement of our intellectual-property rights, unauthorised distribution or a material breach of these Terms.

14. Changes, governing law and disputes

We may update these Terms as our products, services, technology or legal obligations change. The terms accepted at the time of an order continue to govern that order except where law requires otherwise.

These Terms are governed by applicable federal UAE law and laws applicable in the Emirate of Sharjah. Contact us first so we can try to resolve a concern. Subject to mandatory rights or jurisdiction, disputes will be submitted to the competent courts of Sharjah.

15. Severability and contact

If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply. A delay in enforcing a right does not waive it.
